LeAnna Nash is the Founder and CEO of Nanny By Design. LeAnna graduated from High Point University and also received her Teaching License from Greensboro College. LeAnna has a passion for children and has experience with them through many different outlets including nannying, teaching, and being a children's theater choreographer.
LeAnna specializes in getting to know both members and employees of Nanny By Design to really individualize each placement. She builds and nurtures the relationship between the agency, members, and employees throughout the entire placement process.
In her spare time, LeAnna enjoys spending time with her family and friends (and dogs!), traveling, reading, and the film industry.

Kayla graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelors degree in education. After college, she lived in Colorado where she taught middle school English and tutored USA boxers at the Olympic training center.
Last year, she moved back to Florida to have a baby. She has extensive experience working in college admissions and education. She enjoys reading, laying in the sun and spending time with her daughter.
She is excited to grow her skills in the business field and help families find the perfect caregivers to meet all of their children’s needs. She looks forward to this new adventure, and she can not wait to see what the future holds.

Vanessa is from the Philippines. Before starting at Nanny by Design she worked as a General VA for a construction firm for an Australian client – supporting the HR and Payroll Department. She has worked in lots of different industries including BPO, Hospitality and Sales. When she has spare time she is in the kitchen cooking, and spending time with her daughter.
Fun fact about her – when she was in grade school she always represented her school in a Poetry Declamation contest and used to compete with different schools/regions in her country.
