Nanny By Design recruits nannies based on more than just experience. We search for candidates that are professional, charismatic, enthusiastic, and passionate about the child care industry. We require our nannies to attend additional trainings each year in order to further their knowledge and skills. We conduct on site job shadowing and yearly reviews with our employees. We give our nannies feedback after each new placement in order to help them grow and learn. We provide convenience and peace of mind to all of our members.
As the Co-Founders of Nanny By Design, LeAnna and Shanae are actively involved in every aspect of the business. Being an owner operated business allows both our members and our employees comfort in knowing exactly who they are working with. Our consultations allow us to get to know our members, initiate a personal relationship, and develop a face to face connection. Our employee socials and reward program allow us to get to know our employees and incentivize them to keep up their great work! By conducting our in home consultations and interviewing our nannies, we provide a sense of safety to both parties involved in a nanny placement. Our nannies are all CPR/First Aid certified. During our orientation, we address mandatory safety protocols. Our nannies go through an extensive and careful screening process prior to accepting any agency placements. We conduct phone interviews, reference checks, in person interviews, background checks, and a mandatory orientation and trial period.
